Sunday evening Philip, Adalynn, and I drove 2 hours to Paoli, Indiana to speak at Paoli Wesleyan's evening service. Not only were we welcomed by some unexpected snow, but also by a wonderful congregation! Adalynn was extremely tired, but held on until I was done speaking during our time sharing about Russia. It was her first time up on stage, and she did a wonderful job! Philip, along with Rev. England (the pastor of Paoli Wesleyan) challenged the people to become faith promise givers and prayer partners. We are praying that the Lord will use this service to help people take a step of faith in giving toward the Russian field. Like Philip said last night, "We are all called to missions. Some are called to actually go, some are called to be givers, some are called to be prayers...but again, we are all called..."
Please pray with us that those at Paoli Wesleyan will partner with us!
Thank you, Paoli Wesleyan for the wonderful time we had sharing with you all last night!
Blessings,
Philip, Kara, and Adalynn
p.s. We made it back to Terre Haute last night before the 5 inches of snow fell!
Adalynn participated in her first missions service this past Sunday at Paoli Wesleyan!
