A few Sundays back, we were visiting Riverview Wesleyan Church in Logansport, IN. Our friend from college, Brooks, is the pastor at this church. We went up on Saturday and spent the evening with Brooks and his family. It was a great time remember stories from college, hearing about where the Lord has taken them since college, and of course sharing stories about having kids! We also enjoyed some of Logansport's custard!
Sunday morning went well. Adalynn stayed in the nursery and Philip and I both spoke for the first time since Adalynn has been born. I was a little nervous since I hadn't spoken infront of a church for some time, but it went well! The church has become one of our supporting churches as well, so that is a praise and encouragement to us.

Happy Birthday to our dear friend, Kerri!
We are about to pile in the car again for another weekend trip! This Sunday we will be speaking at Lone Oak Wesleyan Church in Anderson, IN. We are excited about going to speak at this church! We met the missions director at the Indiana Central Missions Dinner earlier this year. He invited us to Lone Oak while we were in language school. We look forward to connecting with this church and fellowshipping with the mission director and the pastoral staff after service!
Last week after our church in Logansport, we drove down to Indianapolis to catch dinner with Philip's cousin and his wife. Nate and Staci have been supporting us through prayer and financially over the last year. They are such an encouragement to us! It is always so much fun to hang out with them. We also had a chance to meet Staci's brother and his wife. They are missionaries with Global Partners as well. They are headed to Australia next year. We all had a wonderful time!
